SystemTest was established in 1991. The company is involved in engineering and installation of industrial automation systems and employs 15 people. The company’s references are from several fields: wood pellet production, water pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants, thermal power plants, street lighting control, conveyor control, process control systems for industry, production line control and RFID systems. In its systems, SystemTest mainly uses components and devices by Siemens, Turck, Banner, and Comat. The company is seated near Tallinn, in Pirita.

SystemTest will continue to run and develop its business in Estonia, but co-operation with the Group’s companies in Finland and Russia will open up opportunities for the company to expand its business outside Estonia as well. Correspondingly, the location and position of SystemTest on the Estonian market provides the CTS Group a better opportunity to offer its other services in Estonia.

The acquisition of SystemTest supports CTS’s goal of expanding its range of services and geographic presence. The automation, instrumentation, and electrification services of the CTS Group cover customer needs from the concept stage of projects to field and application engineering, and with SystemTest, complete deliveries of automation and electrification systems are covered as well.

“SystemTest is a company known for its excellent expertise, demanding and high-quality deliveries, and this reputation is backed by impressive references. Combined with the Group’s current services, SystemTest allows for provision of extensive solutions that will surely spark the customers’ interest,” says Antti Lukka, Managing Director of CTS Engtec Oy.

“I am pleased with that we have managed to expand significantly our automation and electrification services in quite a short time. With SystemTest and JEEC Oy, a company that joined the Group somewhat earlier, we offer a remarkably wide range of services and are even more capable of developing new aggregate deliveries that meet the customers’ needs. I believe our customers will be interested in this in both Finland and Estonia,” Lukka says.

“The new owner provides SystemTest with the possibility of expanding our range of services for existing and future customers alike. The extensive expertise and resources of the CTS Engtec Group will help SystemTest to meet customer needs in the field of industrial automation and digitalisation even better,” says Urmas Paisnik, CEO of SystemTest Oü.

SystemTest OÜ supplies high-quality industrial automation systems for industrial and infrastructure projects. The company’s core expertise lies in the engineering, manufacture, and commissioning of industrial automation systems.
