For the engineering and construction needs of production facilities, we can offer comprehensive services tailored to the project and client needs. We have particular expertise in procurement for hydrogen plant investments, from equipment orders to construction procurement. Hydrogen Derivatives and Use
The production of green or clean hydrogen is intrinsically linked to how and where the produced hydrogen is further processed. The final product could be ammonia, methane, or methanol, which can further be processed, for example, into electric fuels or used as fertilizers in the case of ammonia.
We offer assistance in finding the best option for the project and comprehensive services for the engineering and construction phases of the processing plants, just as we do for the actual hydrogen production facilities. Often, these are part of the same entity.
Hydrogen production derivatives can also include the utilization of by-product heat as district heating (power to heat) or storing energy in electric batteries. Both are areas where Fimpec has proven expertise in both design and construction management.
