About the project

Avellana Gold is a mineral exploration and development company focused primarily in Ukraine and surrounding Eastern European countries. One of the company’s ongoing projects involves updating the processes of a Soviet-era gravity mineral processing plant in Zakarpattia to meet challanges of processing clayish and semi-oxedized ores modern standards.

Fimpec’s role in the project

Fimpec has designed a testing program to ensure accurate mineral characterization and has simulated the process. Fimpec’s role also includes supporting the client in critical equipment procurement. The collaboration between the two companies began in 2022.
