Our services

Fimpec’s project management and engineering services cover all the needs and phases of an investment project, from project planning to engineering, project completion, and commissioning. We also deliver turnkey industrial automation systems. Our new Fimpec Node service offers country- and language-specific planning, engineering, and project management know-how.

Our services can be provided flexibly as determined by the project’s needs or scope. We can either take on an entire project as an EPCM provider, provide owner’s engineering (OE) services, or implement individual part(s) of a project.

One of our particular strengths is our integrated project delivery (IPD) implementation method, which revolves around acting as part of the customer’s project organisation. It was developed for major industrial projects, but also works for parts of a project.
