As a company with more than 350 employees, we are large enough to have the resources to take on even major projects. That is how we are able to offer our staff complex, challenging, and developmental tasks, plus the opportunity for career progress.
On the other hand, our company culture and size mean we are small enough for agile operations. This means uncomplicated and rapid decision-making, a low-hierarchy organisation, and direct interaction between management and staff. We have offices all over Finland, with teleworking opportunities. Projects also provide opportunities to work internationally, as do our local offices in Estonia, Germany, Sweden, Uruguay, and Chile.
